The short version
This website sets no cookies and has no account, no form and no newsletter. That is why there is no consent banner. When you visit, only the data named in the following sections is processed.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Deutschland. When you visit, the server necessarily processes your device’s IP address, the page requested, date and time, your browser, and the page you came from if your browser sends it. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 90 days.
Local storage
Apart from the statistics setting, if statistics are active, the website stores nothing in your browser.
Interactive demo
The demo on the home page runs entirely in your browser. What you do in it is neither transmitted nor stored.
Links to Apple
Links to TestFlight or the App Store lead to Apple, where Apple’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Write to michael@derfuchs.net.
